Q: How do I obtain a product catalog?

A: That's easy - please go to the Guest book section, complete the information and indicate you want a catalog mailed. Note: you must be a promotional products distributor, wholesaler, decorator or uniform company to receive a Nucom catalog.

Q: What is your domestic shipping policy?

A: Nucom ships UPS, FedEx upon request.

Return FAQ's

Frequently asked question about our return policy and payment terms

Q: What is your return policy?

A: To be accepted, returns must be accompanied by our factory Return Authorization Number (RA). RA's must be obtained within 30 days and the number must be included on the shipping label. Samples may be returned within 30 days with no restocking fee. Spec samples and custom goods are not returnable.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: NET terms may be granted upon Nucom's approval of a completed and signed credit application. A finance charge of 1.5% (18% APR) will be assessed on unpaid balances beyond established terms. Nucom reserves the right to revoke terms at any time for any reason without prior notification. We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express.

Q:Is the product available for embroidery? Do you offer in-house embroidery?

A: YES! All Nucom products are available for purchase either blank or embroidered. We offer in-house Direct Embroidery and Debossing, as well as jacket lining Screenprinting.

Q:What are your turnaround times on embroidered and blank orders?

A:Embroidered orders are turned in 7 - 10 business days and blank orders are shipped same day when ordered by 3:00 pm CST*.
*Both upon credit and swatch approval of in-stock items.

  • Nucom will not use any form of forced labor, including indentured, prison, bonded or slave labor. We will not use physical or verbal harassment or abuse to discipline employees.

    No Child Labor:
  • Nucom will not use child labor. We will comply with all minimum age provisions of applicable laws and regulations.

    Freedom Of Association:
  • Nucom respect the rights of employees to associate or organize without fear of reprisal or interference. If employees are represented by an organization recognized under law, we respect the right to bargain collectively.

    No Discrimination:
  • Nucom will not discriminate in hiring and employment practices on the basis of age, nationality, race, religion, social or ethnic orientation, gender or disability.

  • Nucom will comply with all applicable wage, work hours, hiring, benefits, and overtime laws and regulations. In the absence of law in a particular location relating to product safety, labor, employment, environment or working conditions, the spirit and intent of these policies shall be met.
